Kumho Electric's advanced technology lamps were one of the highlights of 2008 Lightfair: The Sequoia T5 -- the first 100,000 hour fluoroscent, and the Earthcare T8 -- the most energy efficient lamp in the world -- generated tremendous interest among facility managers, lighting specifiers, ESCOs and utility managers.
Kumho's innovative LED products -- MR-16s, Par16 and Par 38 lamps, and flat panel -- were also big news, as was a brand new line of induction lighting offering the potential for dimmable, automated control.
